It extends in front of the chassis and wheels making it the first point of contact in a frontal impact. Their Wide Front Bumper has multiple features that make it unique and worthy of your consideration. Besides the features already listed, it also has built in chassis protection. A wide plate extends rearward over that expensive aluminum chassis protecting it from those inevitable scuffs and scratches. It also has built-in skid ribs, allowing your Mini to slip over obstacles that would otherwise rake across the bottom of your favorite mini ride. The skid ribs also increase impact protection and durability.
